Lauren Donovan, BCBA
Lauren Donovan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. Her work spans clinical practice, supervision, leadership development, and organizational consultation, with experience supporting teams and organizations internationally. Over time, her work has evolved from direct support with learners and families to mentoring clinicians, supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams working to strengthen the quality of services they provide.Originally from New York, Lauren has also lived in Florida and Boston before moving to Dubai in 2019. What began as a short chapter became a much longer one. Living abroad opened the door to working across countries and cultures, as well as building a life that balances professional work with travel and connection. She now splits her time between Dubai and Bali while continuing to work with organizations internationally.Lauren originally planned to become a teacher but discovered behavior analysis early in her career and quickly developed a deep respect for the field. What stayed with her was the ability to create meaningful change not only for learners, but also for families and the professionals supporting them every day.Her current work focuses on strengthening clinical quality through thoughtful systems, strong supervision practices, and collaborative leadership. She takes a mentor-first approach to working with teams, helping organizations build practical structures that support staff, improve services, and create clarity so teams can move forward with confidence.In 2025, Lauren founded LD-BACS to support the dissemination of high-quality clinical standards and strong supervision practices in behavior analysis globally, working with clinicians and organizations seeking to strengthen the quality of their services.
